A range of programs designed to benefit industry professionals, including administration, call-centre, business and product support staff. These programs provide an appropriate alternative to standard adviser education solutions and are designed to meet the general ASIC competency training obligations. Offered in conjunction with the Financial Services Council (FSC), formerly the Investment and Financial Services Association (IFSA), these programs are available on either a distance learning or a face-to-face facilitated basis.
